Our 5-step process
- Contact us Call or email us and we will walk you through the steps needed to arrange and complete the service of your choice.
- Making the connection We will make the connection between the place of death and the funeral home, arranging for our staff to get your loved one into our care.
- Meet with us You have the option of planning everything online via our online store and utilizing our e-authorizations or coming into our location to make arrangements face-to-face.
- Cremation and Burial services Our staff will work with you to get a signed death certificate, signed cremation authorization and a positive identification. After 24 hours have passed since the passing of the individual, the cremation occurs.
For Burial- our staff will consult with you on casket selection and service details, communicate with cemetery and clergy, prepare and publish an obituary if you wish, and organize and assist with the service. - Collecting your loved one We call you to pick up the urn and any keepsakes you may have selected. If a traditional burial has occurred death certificates will be given to the family.
